SMS terms (Arte Insurance text messages)
These terms apply to text messages that Arte Insurance Corp sends to the mobile number you give us.
- Two kinds of messages, two separate choices. Our forms have two optional boxes. You can check one, both or neither:
- Service messages (non-promotional): about your quote request, appointments, enrollment deadlines, policy renewals, payments, documents and customer care.
- Marketing messages: recurring automated messages about coverage reviews, Open Enrollment and seasonal reminders, and other insurance we offer.
- How you join: by checking a text-message consent box on one of our website forms. The boxes are never pre-checked, you can send a form without checking them, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your requests and policy activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and no further texts. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email.
- Rejoin: reply START, or check a text-message box on our form again.
- Help: reply HELP, call (305) 440-8070 or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
